At XTERA, every piece is crafted with intention.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.


🔄 Exchange Policy (48 Hours Only)

We offer exchanges only, under the following conditions:

  • Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Your order number
  • Reason for exchange

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Used, worn, or damaged items (not due to manufacturing defect)

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
